The Club Walk Beach House, known affectionately as ‘The Club House’, was part of the Angmering-on-Sea Country Club in the 1930’s, the social hub of the estate that attracted the glitterati of the day – actors, entrepreneurs and royalty. The property was renovated and refurbished to high standards in 2013, and is now available for self-catering family holidays for up to 10 people, including children.

This deceptively spacious seaside beach house boasts sea views from the main living areas and 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Inside, The New England style beach house there is an open plan living space with a drift wood fireplace, a large kitchen with granite work surfaces, and four luxurious double bedrooms. The exterior of the property boasts a raised decked garden area, plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and dining, with a gas BBQ. The seven seater hot tub is kept at 38 degrees all year round.

There are opportunities to relax and unwind throughout this property, and the close proximity to the sea makes it perfect for large groups to take a breather from everyday life.

Wonderful Stay

We recently stayed at the Club Walk beach house to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. There were 6 adults, 2 children aged 10 & 13 and our dog. The house is beautiful and we had ample space. There was also ample parking for our 3 cars. The location was perfect for going on walks or driving to close by villages/amenities. The hot tub was an added bonus and well used by us all. Would definitely recommend and love to return at some point in the future.

Just amazing, a perfect getaway haven!

We rented the Club Walk House for my mother’s 70th Birthday, for a long weekend. There were six adults, 2 children (6 & 3), plus our four dogs. The location of the beach house was just spot on especially being right on the beach, for both the children and the dogs (plus us adults!). The touches inside the house and also in the garden were second to none – we did not want or need anything whilst we were there. Everything was thought of from matches to light the candles, to blankets for sitting outside in the garden. Sometimes it’s the small things which make the big things so much more magical. It was peaceful, tranquil, idillyic and a little slice of heaven. Sitting outside watching the sunrise with a coffee or watching the sunset with something stronger than coffee was perfect and so relaxing hearing the waves crashing onto the shore. The hot tub was a lovely addition – the children loved it and I must admit to being in and out with them all weekend! Caroline and her team looked after us from start to finish and I cannot recommend them enough. It was amazing and we will be back!

Amazing holiday in a beautiful house, also pet friendly

I had been looking at these holiday homes for 3 years and finally was able to book post Covid for a special occasion. Everything is exactly as the videos show. 6 of us stayed plus our 2 dogs at Club Walk Beach House. Attention to detail is 10 stars. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. Amazing decor and cleanliness spot on. Beds and pillows super comforable. The garden is a suntrap and out of the sea breeze and secure. The beach is literally 2 mins walk, at low tide its sandy. The area is lovely and quiet with a short walk to a pub, cafe, shop and restaurant. We came home feeling relaxed as if we’d been away for weeks rather than 5 days. Caroline, Victoria and their team really did make our break a fabulous experience and we are looking forward to returning. Thank you again.

Perfect beach location

A beautiful house literally right on the beach – wonderful to be so close to the beach. We were very lucky with the weather and enjoyed sitting out in the garden on the comfy sofas – its quite protected, so quite a little sun trap, and enjoyed the hot tub. The dining table was laid beautifully for our arrival. Lots to do nearby and some lovely walks to beach cafes – Bluebird café & East beach cafe. We also had a lovely pub dinner at the Lamb in Angmering. All in all a great weekend away.
