The beach itself is a real gem, and at low tide provides a huge expanse of sand that’s dog friendly all year round. When it comes to dining by the sea, you’ll be spoilt for choice, as the Seaview freehouse sits just a stones through from the seafront, and on sunny summer days, the previously mentioned Sea Horse Cafe takes a pop up stand down to the seafront for tasty food and stunning views. A walk east along the beach for 15 minutes from the properties brings you to The Bluebird Cafe, or if you’re feeling more adventurous, a 45 minute walk west along the beach brings you to East Beach Cafe in Littlehampton, an architectural attraction serving great food from local suppliers.
