9 reasons to book our beach houses
It is always a challenge to find the perfect house for a getaway. Be it for a romantic weekend, celebrating a milestone birthday or gathering the family for a special occasion, our houses in West Sussex cater for all. The UK family holiday is having a come back!
1. No luggage restrictions
Do I bring only 2 jumpers? Which shoes shall I leave at home? How much does this weigh? Let these questions float away as with our beach houses you just need to fill your car with everything you might need (and more.. just because you can) and head on down to West Sussex. All those beach activities and extra shoes, that board game the family love playing, the wetsuits that the kids love to run around in, all welcome with a UK family holiday.
2. The luxury interiors
One of the aspects that makes us different is our professionally stylised interiors, all by our owner Caroline and her twin sister Mitzi. Each house has it’s own personality, and each room has it’s own quirky theme (making choosing rooms all the more fun!). There are collections of art from across the world in each room telling tales of Caroline’s travels combine with chic and clean furniture.
3. You are, literally, on the beach
If the idea of parking your car as you arrive and not getting in it until you leave sounds like heaven, our houses are for you. With Angmering on Sea and New England being located on the pebbles of the beach there is no need to use the car. And Coral, Club Walk and Hamptons are a mere 5 minute walk from the endless stretch of barely discovered coastline. Our houses are on a private seaside estate
4. Dogs can come too
We know what is important to our guests on a family holiday and that is why we don’t just allow dogs to all our houses, we welcome them. A holiday where you can bring your 4 legged friends is all the more fun. And they will love running along the beach with you and getting some good sea air, after all, they deserve a holiday too no?
5. Only 90 minutes from London
Being located in West Sussex has endless benefits. One of them being how easy it is to travel there. Be it for a celebratory weekend for a milestone birthday or the last minute family get together, you can leave work and be at the houses in a matter of hours on a Friday night. Making travel time less, and family time more.
6. The hot tubs
After a long activity filled day on the beach, what could be better than a relax in the hot tub at sunset? 38 degrees all year round for you to truly relax and soak up the holiday in luxury.

Our 5 luxury beach houses are located on the private seaside estate in West Sussex on the barely discovered coastline where the beaches can often be all yours. So take off your shoes and run along the beach all to yourselves!

Each of our houses have open spacious houses with plenty of room for all the family to enjoy. There are multiple outdoor seating areas to choose from for your mealtimes and relaxing. Plus lots of indoor space so you can get some space when you want it. The houses all come with a comfortable lounge area with Sky TV and Wifi.
9. The Egyptian cotton
The last, but not least, reason to visit our houses is one of our favourites. What more could a holiday or weekend away want than beds that feel like clouds and linen that you just want to never leave. Hello long sleeps and well rested you, because R&R is essential to a holiday.
