The Angmering on Sea Beach House is directly on the beach with stunning panoramic sea views. The word most used to describe this big white beach house is simply ‘wow’.
The property is one of the most historically significant in the area, as the site of the Club House and Lido for the famous Angmering on Sea Country Club in the 1930’s; the social hub of the estate that attracted the glitterati of the day – actors, entrepreneurs and royalty. It latterly became the famous Blue Peter Club before becoming a private beach house, now available for self-catering holidays. The style of the Angmering On Sea Beach House is an eclectic mix reflecting the owner’s travel and eye for design.
The Angmering on Sea Beach house was renovated in 2011 to the highest standards, in a New England mansion style. Over 5,500 sq foot, the sizeable property boasts an enormous open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area with large driftwood fireplace and pool table, this property really is the perfect location for multi generational gatherings of up to 20 people, including children. A true beach front house of this size is incredibly hard to find. The house can be divided into private areas thanks to the two distinct wings, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
There is a private beach front garden perfect for al fresco dining, a sunbathing deck and further inner garden all with plenty of seating to reflect the size of the property. A seven seater beach front hot-tub is kept at 38 degrees all year round.
