Please read the following information before proceeding to the payment page
We have accepted your booking based on the maximum number of guests, and no extras, be they adults, children or babies; and for use and occupation of the house only by those staying overnight for the purpose described. The contract is for the let of the property and is made between the Owner and the Guest only; it is not conditional on the ability or otherwise of any of the Guest’s party to stay at the property for whatever reason.
The guest booking the stay is responsible for ensuring their group adheres to Government regulations and guidelines for use of the house (where applicable), including those that might limit the number of people staying together.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made by the Guest for whatever reason should be made by email. If the guest wishes to cancel for any reason, including personal or ill health reasons or as a requirement to self-isolate, all monies paid shall be forfeited to the Owner.
If there is a national Government lockdown, we will move your booking to mutually agreed alternative dates.
Refundable cautionary/damage deposit (see T&C)
Due one week prior to arrival and refunded within 14 days
