Club Walk Beach House is our smallest and most intimate with 4 bedrooms, New England Beach House is a family favourite at 6 bedrooms, and our largest property is Angmering On Sea Beach House which boasts 7 bedrooms (with 7 bathrooms). Choosing the house for you and your loved ones is the first excitement, and then choosing your bedroom is second. Each room is specifically designed with its own style from ‘Safari’ to ‘Nautical’ to choose from.

Our beach houses are all dog-friendly and so are the beaches, which are on your doorstep (literally) and are open all year round. Once you arrive at your private house for your 2022 beach holiday, you can unpack your car, where there is no luggage restrictions whatsoever, and not get back in the car until you leave. Stretch those legs on a stretch of the West Sussex coastline that still remains a hidden secret. Quiet beach walks and plenty of options for food and activities around to suit the whole family.

We are all looking for a smooth holiday when we take families and our beach houses (only 90 minutes from London and the Home Counties) offer this exactly. Reduce travel and waiting time and make the most of your family adventure together. Get all the family on a new adventure with a go at sailing or other water-sports such as paddle boarding.
