King Charles III Coastal Path

Just opened this Autumn 2023, the newest route on the King Charles III Coastal Path is here in West Sussex. From East Head (West Wittering) to Shoreham-by-Sea. Our beach houses are located directly on the trail offering health and wellbeing opportunities and a chance to connect with nature.

Day out in Arundel

Arundel is a must-visit for anyone in the Arun district. It’s just a scenic 20-minute drive away from our luxury beach houses and is filled with history and heritage. The castle is the town’s centrepiece and the Arundel Museum is a great place to learn more about the town’s rich history. While you’re there, make sure to explore the antique shops, independent boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Arundel has a charm that will stay with you long after your visit.

Dark Skies Festival South Downs National Park

Don’t miss the South Downs National Park Dark Skies Festival, running between February 10th – 18th. The festival features a host of events including dark sky walking experiences , stargazing parties and the chance to listen and learn about the nocturnal animals of the region.

Watch something wonderful at Chichester Festival Theatre

It has to be said, the CFT really does offer something for everyone, with a myriad of family shows on offer; travelling without the children? Then comedy sell out tours, dramatic performances and hilarious plays both at the Minerva Theatre and the Festival Theatre await.

Dog Walking at National Trust Petworth House

Petworth House has a paw-print rating system across its estate to help dog owners identify areas where their furry friends are welcome. Dogs are allowed on the pathways of the pleasure gardens and can roam off-leash within the vast deer park. Fontwell Racecourse is a 25 minute drive from the beach houses and has a full calendar of events, whether you are looking to join a racing fixture day or any of their seasonal special events.
