Our beach houses in West Sussex are open all year round. Naturally, they are popular in the Summer months (2021 Summer is fully booked!) but we believe that special beach escapes of R&R should be enjoyed all year round. Our indoor fireplaces and hot tubs make any time of the year a special time to escape to the barely discovered beaches of West Sussex. We don’t believe in one holiday a year but a few to break up the longer months.

If a late summer (September) or Autumn break of long golden days of peace and space sound like something you’re dreaming of, we’ve got the houses for you. Our beach houses are literally on the beach where the crashing waves and endless horizon are the perfect spot to sit out and soak in the last of the sunsets (perhaps with a G&T in hand).
