The festive season is officially upon us, with our luxury beach houses having undergone a professionally styled transformation into the ultimate festive season holiday house. With Christmas trees erected and decorated and touches of Christmas around your home-away-from-home beach house, it will truly get you into the festive spirit. Our decorations go up in November so even if you are spending Christmas with one set of family, you can celebrate with everyone else in the lead up to Christmas and the dates after, up until the 6th January.

Winter is one of our favourite times of year to be by the coast. Enjoy long refreshing walks on the beach wrapped up warm, and blowing away the end-of-year cobwebs in the hot tub bubbling at 38 degrees. Our beach houses are just 90 minutes from London nestled on a private seaside estate in West Sussex making it easy for all members (and ages) of the family to join. Book your family and loved ones a break by the sea around Christmas 2023, be it gathering the in-laws, connecting with friends, or just wanting a peaceful escape during a busy time of year. Spend the evenings around the fire playing board games and reconnecting.

Christmas 2023 is available at New England Beach House (6 bedrooms) and Club Walk Beach House (4 bedrooms).

We know cooking for the whole clan can often be a big task over the Christmas period, so when you book your festive season holiday house you can enjoy a selection of our recommended private chefs and caterers to give you a night off cooking. Or if you are a passionate cook, our kitchens are often celebrated as being so well-kitted out that everyone will be taking to a spatula and chopping board. We also have a list of restaurants, bistro pubs and cafés within walking distance too.

Our three beach houses range from 4 bedrooms to 7 bedrooms to suit all different sizes of families. And did we mention our houses welcome dogs so you can bring everyone along with you. Forget about the kennels or having to find a dog-sitter, Christmas is about being with family (and that includes everyone!)
