This Spring sunshine has made us want to escape to the beach immediately! The Luxury Beach Houses are dressed for Spring and early Summer with pillows adorning the outdoor furniture and BBQ’s at the ready. What is the best feeling on a family holiday? When you have had a fresh air filled day and exhausted the kids and to come home and relax with the sunset.

A great way to get the kids outside is for a refreshing and revitalising coastal walk from your private beach house – especially when there’s a destination with delicious food at the end. Our beach houses are located (literally) on the beach so there is no need to get in the car once. Depending on how far you are wanting to walk we have a range of options and just the thought of the cafés and restaurants that will meet you at the other end has us drooling!

Inhale the fresh sea air and exhale the tension of everyday life with long meandering walks along the shores of West Sussex, just 90 minutes from London and the Home Counties. Beach Walks from Your Private Holiday House

Ferring Beach & BlueBird Café: Take your buckets and nets for some rock-pooling at low tide, followed by some lunch or a hot drink at the BlueBird cafe (voted number one restaurant in Ferring on Trip Advisor). There are beach huts, parking and you may also spot some horse riders if you go in the morning.

East : 20 minute walk

Rustington Beach & East Beach Café: Just along from East Preston, you will find Rustington Beach. Due to its south-westerly winds from the English Channel, this is a popular spot for kitesurfing. Like East Preston beach, it is fairly quiet, and very family friendly.

If you continue on down the beach you will meet the East Beach Café in Littlehampton which offers seaside classics in a relaxed environment. The East Beach Café is also known for it’s architectural uniqueness!

West : 45 minute walk 

Grub & Gumption: If you are wanting to do a loop (take a walk away from your private beach house and end close to home) finish your beach walk at Grub & Gumption, just a 5 minute walk away from your Luxury Beach House.

 

Return home from your beach walk and treats to hot tubs bubbling at 38 degrees and an evening BBQ on the deck al fresco watching the sunset. And if you don’t feel like cooking you can book a recommended private chef and sit back and relax.
