These are the perks of our properties being, literally, on the beach. No need to pack everything into one bag and lug it for miles. The ease of sitting out the front on a deckchair watching your family playing on the beach, having showers and bubbling hot tubs at any time of the day. The proximity to the beach (being on it!) is something our guests regularly comment on.

It is said that just the sight of an ocean increases serotonin and happy feelings so book your family into a true beach house. Who needs to travel abroad to enjoy the power of being by the sea. Our luxury beach houses are 90 minutes from London and the Home Counties. So pack up your car with everything you may need (no restrictions here) and be from work to waves in a matter of hours. If you, or any of your family, have an electric car – we have Tesla charging stations at each of our houses!

Our houses are open all year round. For those Autumn evenings turn up the BBQ and let the sausages sizzle for a special occasion. Spend winters in the hot tub bubbling at 38 degrees or curled up next to the crackling log fire for a mid-winter escape. Book in Spring to have the beaches to yourselves and, well, Summers sell themselves!
