Rustington Beach & East Beach Café: Just along from East Preston, you will find Rustington Beach. Due to its south-westerly winds from the English Channel, this is a popular spot for kitesurfing. Like East Preston beach, it is fairly quiet, and very family friendly. If you continue on down the beach you will meet the East Beach Café in Littlehampton which offers seaside classics in a relaxed environment. The East Beach Café is also known for it’s architectural uniqueness, designed by Thomas Heatherwick no less and its very its Sussex menu.

The Spotted Cow, Angmering : This popular spot is inland and a bit further away but it promises to deliver on food and ambience, a traditional English Pub offering an excellent variety of Home-Cooked Food, along with a great selection of Real Ales. The Spotted Cow consists of a large restaurant area as well as a conservatory dining Area, and a cosy, traditional Bar. The Spotted Cow also provides an award-winning Beer Garden which surrounds the building.
