Large family holiday accommodation – with games room

Coolstays says, “On the ground floor, there is a living area full of deep, enticing leather sofas and armchairs. There’s also a stunning dining area with views directly out over the sea and a well-equipped kitchen with a shabby chic kitchen island where friends can pitch in with meal prep. And after dinner make sure you enjoy a game of pool in the games room which is resplendent with a panelled wall and a framed Stars and Stripes flag.”

When the day draws to a close, guests will find bedrooms on both floors with the ground floor rooms being perfect for those who struggle with stairs. The bedrooms are all themed and guests can take their pick from the stylish Safari Room or maybe the glamorous Titanic Room. Many of the rooms also come with their own en suites for added privacy. Several of the upstairs rooms boast French doors that guests can open up and let the outside in. One of the en-suite bathrooms even has these doors so you can fill the tub, fling open the doors and relax while taking in the beach views and fresh sea air.

On the first floor, there is also a large balcony where visitors can enjoy meals at the spacious dining table overlooking the sea. This is the ideal spot to enjoy croissants and coffee in the morning or some quiet time in the evening whilst watching the night sky.”

South coast holiday home – with private hot tub and outdoor bathtubs

The giant deck has plenty of space to socialise in the sunshine and also has a private hot tub and some outdoor bathtubs for added luxury! The sea is just footsteps from the property and the lower section of the garden sits at the top of the beach. A low wall provides privacy and safety, so sit back with a book or enjoy the sounds and sights of the pebble shore.

Within a short distance from the beach house is a selection of shops, restaurants and cafes. There are also plenty of beautiful walks along the coast and also in the South Downs.”
